2. Attorney Linda Kennedy also raised that objection on her Petition for Right to Appeal timely filed, (bar defaulted by counting wrong, but still tried to get Linda Kennedy's Appeal "AS OF RIGHT" rejected. . . figure that one out, but since they could not count right, the court could not continue to assist them in this particular ridiculous request),

5. As you can hear from oral argument, Linda Kennedy stated that she relies on her brief for anything not brought up in her 15 minute allotment to put the Supremes on trial (put them on notice as to the absolute and complete corruption by their underlings),

In spite of this, the Virginia Supreme Court stated that because Linda Kennedy DID NOT raise the issue as to whether this matter was or was not a fee dispute (totally untrue. . .listen to the tape and also check out the record if it has not been entirely altered by the pigs by now (there are several copies stored elsewhere and other steps taken that the pigs don't know about to preserve the record in spite of them), they did not have to address any of her issues (telling them of the complete corruption which they obviously are willing to partake in in order to cover for the Virginia State Bar, and there fellow minions. See the bogus opinion they put out and see how they say this in spite of the evidence submitted before them just so they don't have to address the issues, and can continue to hide this corruption from the public, and then read how they spend the rest of their time trashing Attorney Linda Kennedy on bogus "facts" and "findings," some that were not even tried at the trial court level in order to further create a fake "record" out of thin air so that the public, and unfortunately many honest attorneys will continue to believe their rubish, and the many Linda Kennedy continues to help, might have doubt. Additionally, they then send out their pigs to steal her photo albums and cut and paste her pictures on porno sites so that her words and evangelistic message might be tainted, and disrupt any communications they can which she might otherwise have. And of course, they try to use these and other "fairy tales" they continually make up, in an attempt to continually stop Linda Kennedy from making any money trying to quash her message. And, those of you allowing this, whether you did not and are not trying to help Linda Kennedy, or whether you allow all these pigs into your schools and societies, or whether you are listening to their phony ethics talks and believing that any of it is true (James Mccauley of the Virginia State Bar committed perjury in cahoots with bar prosecutors Paul Georgiadis, crooked judge Glen Tyler, and a couple of retired sleeping judges, as well as crooked Justice Hassell and company, and McCauley even got caught in court, under oath and on tape. . . yes, crooked James Mccauley teaches ethics to Virginia Lawyers). By the way, none of the Virginia Supremes would either sign the decision or state how the decision was divided (4-3, 7-0, etc. NOTHING). Not only are they crooked, but they are cowards as well.

This is how the pigs erase real facts from history, and in case you think this is just Virginia, Attorney Linda Kennedy petitioned to the U.S. Supreme Court and they decided that their minions changing transcripts for purposes of bringing forth a predetermined, desired outcome against a whistleblower who was bringing these very issues to their attention was not an important issue to America; that perjury by the head of the ethics department of the Virginia State Bar, by their own crooked James Mccauley and in cahoots with crooked Paul Georgiadis, crooked Barbara Williams, crooked Thomas Edmonds, crooked Judge Glen Tyler, crooked "Christian" Justice Hassell, and others in order to bring about a desired, predetermined outcome in silencing an attorney who would not allow for such acts to continue without warning the public, was permissible behavior; that the actually perjury that crooked James Mccauley was involved in had to do with a call that Linda Kennedy made to him asking how she should proceed in a matter and after following his advice to the letter, he then claimed he never gave such advice and that was the crux of why she was being prosecuted / persecuted, and that this was apparently permissible behavior by the authorities according to the U.S. Supreme Court; and that even after the illegal and complete rewrites of several parts of the record by the pigs, that crooked Paul Georgiadis, crooked James Mccauley, crooked Barbara Williams, crooked Judge Glen Tyler, crooked Justice Hassell and others were still caught in perjury (or in assisting or covering up same) when an ignorant assistant Attorney General, while responding to Linda Kennedy's federal suit against the bar trying to stop the lynching, which Ass. Att. General did everything to perpetrate the government lies and protect the state (yes, another allegedly "right wing" administration taking the side of corruption in this matter), submitted a letter from crooked Paul Georgiadis himself, acknowledging that he knew that crooked James Mccauley did indeed give Linda Kennedy the advice they were all earlier lying about while under oath (they said no such advice was given, and that if such advice was given, they would drop the case. . . its all in the record, even the changed record). But the U.S. Supreme Court did not find that this information was worthy of a hearing. . .they were too busy with Anna Nicole Smith I guess.

There are many, many other major issues that any first year law student would know is not in any way lawful or permissible that went on in this lynching, but for this post, only the issue of showing how the "system" up to and including our "leaders" at the very top, abuse its power to quash anyone who figures them out. In this post, Linda Kennedy illustrates how court opinions are rewritten from the trial level up, to paint a picture that is not even close to reality, in order to quash any real truth from getting out. This not only keeps the ruse going, but demonizes anyone who is willing to speak the truth. Ironically, even though this was not a matter of a fee dispute, which the bar and court were standing on in order to dismiss any arguments Linda Kennedy had (in spite of her objecting to the point of standing objections about the issue of it not being a fee dispute), in fact Linda Kennedy already had a letter on Virginia State Bar letterhead stating that the Virginia State Bar did not get involved in fee disputes anyway. So even if it was a fee dispute, they had no jurisdiction. . . and interesting, when Linda Kennedy brought this separate objection up at the "show trial," crooked Paul Georgiadis yelled out from the background (not an objection, but a yell. . .), that the Virginia State Bar IS NOT HELD TO JURISDICTION. There is a case amazingly that the Virginia State Bar is not held to jurisdiction, But, even then, THAT IS ONLY IN ITS PUNISHMENT FAZE (which of course they were going to throw the book at Kennedy, even though they could not substantiate any charge and had to bring two new ones on appeal, that she was never charged with nor did she have even a "show trial" regarding them). But the point here is, THE VIRGINIA STATE BAR PURPOSELY MISTATED THE LAW TO THE POINT THAT THEY WERE SAYING THEY COULD CHARGE YOU WITH ANYTHING THEY WANTED WHETHER THEY HAD JURISDICTION OR NOT, which of course is not only the definition of of ludicrous, but also, allows the bar more power in selectively prosecuting anyone they want for ANYTHING THEY WISH. Perhaps some of you lawyers remember the ridiculous example to explain jurisdiction to first year law students. . . just because someone smiles at you, doesn't mean you can bring a successful lawsuit against them for that smile. They must have SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION, and that is such a cornerstone of our alleged "fairest judicial system in the world" that one can even raise that objection on appeal for the first time, even just before the final gavel comes down (LISTEN TO THE ORAL ARGUMENT WHERE LINDA KENNEDY RAISES THAT ISSUE TO THE VIRGINIA SUPREME COURT). Needless to say, that the Virginia Government (whether the alleged left or right, the Virginia Courts from bottom to top, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Government (I spoke to them as well and they were "aware" that these things were going on, but did absolutely nothing to stop it then or now), etc., use these deceptions to take advantage of an unsuspecting public, to not only have us believe we have anything but a government-controlled system (forget the founding father stuff. . .that is a lot of illusion), and to demonize any one of us that figure it out.

After hearing this and investigating this further, you still want to continue to support the very pigs that we as REAL Christians teach against, as we would consider their actions "the world," "evil," the work of the many "antichrists," etc., then you go right ahead. Go to your Churches and tithe and listen to Romans 1:18 and following and II Timothy 3 and following and listen to God's warning about who these people really are, forever knowing, but never learning the truth. But, you have been warned, as Linda Kennedy has paid and continues to pay dearly even with daily threats on her life and liberty, alleged porno garbage posted claiming to be her when it is not, and of course her integrity completely attacked, her livelihood taken from her, etc., as she has blown the trumpet for YOU as a watchman on the wall to you and all who have ears to hear and eyes to see. The rest is really up to you and God. Ask youself, not whether you have been fair and honorable to Linda Kennedy by not supporting her, not coming to her aid when the wolves were at her door just because she bought into the "CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP TO CHANGE THE WORLD" mantra that is spewed out by phonies who know that when you do go out there and do what is right, this is exactly what happens to you, and you go it alone, as those who claim to want this saying to come true, actually even allow the pigs into their circles as honored guests. But, ask yourself the ultimate question. . . what does God think of what you have or haven't done in this matter, and what you continue to do in regard to this total rape of an honest person. Again, you have been warned. Any of you who are legitimately trying to "change the world" because you really believe in God and Christ, just realize you will do it alone, and all those people pumping you up, "praying" with you, or wasting hours of time discussing what should be done in a given situation. . .will be the first of the many Judas' to leave you behind while some will even support the very II Tim 3 pigs they claim to oppose. And from Christian Attorney Linda Kennedy's Precious Time Radio broadcast, having said the above however, you can still be brave as Eph 6 tells us that we are to do everything to stand, and then STAND. That part is up to you as you put on the full armor of God. Do not let people (especially those calling themselves "Christians," define who God is for you. If you do, you will not believe any longer because these people will for the most part abandon you when you really do act as a Christian changing the world (because you know God would have you act honorably in spite of consequences).
